Predatory company

Predatory company. Do not use. Used them for several years until I shut down my business. so I called last year, cancelled my subscription and they refunded me- which is proof I cancelled. I talked to a kind gentleman in the phone and I believed him when he said it was all taken care of since I saw the refund on my credit card bill. They then recharged my account this next year for hundreds more- from 100$ to 600$- and refuse to refund or cancel - saying I haven’t cancelled. The fact they ...

Be careful with Trial period…

If you are on the trial period make sure to put an alert on your own calendar because the platform will never send you any notification when the trial is about to finish and will charge you immediately, which in my case was 490 euros. Very disappointed. I would never recommend!

Hootsuite m'a volé 1400€ (résolu)

Je n'ai jamais eu de compte chez Hootsuite : j'ai seulement commencé une inscription que je n'ai jamais finalisé. Ils ont prélevé 1400€ sur mon compte Paypal sans prévenir et sans mon accord. Actuellement, Hootsuite refuse de rembourser Paypal, qui me tient donc responsable de leur fournir ce montant. J'attends que Hootsuite rembourse mon compte Paypal afin de clore ce sujet. Over doubled the bill for year 2 and no comms

We've used this company for a year and its quite a good platform. We paid £468 in the 1st year. Its just been renewed - No warning at all and they took £1068.00 from our PayPal account. I've queried this with them twice now and they don't respond. I feel its sharp practice not to tell customers what you will charge them in advance and over double the bill from the previous year. Still waiting for a response....

"A tool I've come to rely on daily"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The easiness with which I can produce analytics reports. The various calendar views available in Planner. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? The fact that people cannot be tagged on assets (video/images) published to Twitter or on Linkedin. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? It's saving me tons of time. "Hootsuite Rocks"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The editing and word prompts to help your grammar, a link of all social media platforms in one place, and reporting. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Video publishing is a pain. It fails and when you publish video you have to approve it from your phone What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Giving us time to publish content by scheduling time and tracking results.

These people are nothing but thieves.

These people are nothing but thieves. I downgraded my account to the Free plan before an annual subscription was due and I also removed my payment method which was my business bank card. Nevertheless, a week later, they STILL took the annual subscription fee of over £1200! We’ve sent three support messages now and they have all been ignored! AVOID using this company at all costs.

"All things Social Media in one place"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Content, community, and analytics management is all in one place. we don't have to check anything from the native social channels and it is consolidated under one roof. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Some posts fail to publish and we have to repost them again. I hope this is fixed soon. What do you like best about Hootsuite? I love that it streamlines our workflow, allows us to manage reports and work collaboratively with our team. It's reliable and has many very useful features. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? There are occasionally updates that don't seem very intuitive and often make a process more difficult. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows us to manage all social platforms in one place, compiles reports easily.
