Charged after a cancelled trial period

I had a trial phase with Hootsuite, but I never used any of their features or services at all. 2 months later I get charged the full amount despite cancelling the subscription and not using Hootsuite at all. I don't recommend even checking out their service. I'll update this review if I get my refund, until then, stay away. Edit: They agreed to issue a refund. You can draft and schedule posts in advance -- Great for small businesses with an affortable pricing model. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? A couple technical issues could use improvements -- when tagging accounts, they sometimes don't appear as "tagged" when posted and instead are plain text. "Powerful and simple tool for content administration and social media management"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I like that it provides the ability to edit copy for different channels. I love how easily you can reschedule posts and republish old posts. It also allows the use of AI to help generate content. I like that it provides training videos that are easy to understand, allowing for easier learning. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? "Easy Peasy"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I love the fact that I can schedule many posts for several platforms once a week instead of daily. My day is filled with last-minute demands, so it really takes the heat off! What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I wish the mobile app was a little more user-friendly. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? I had trouble linking our Facebook page, but we got it figured out.
