Smells like dishonest commercial practices

I subscribed for a trial and realized the feature i wanted wasn't here. I tried canceling and thats when the nightmare started. I tried finding how to cancel my plan but the button "manage my billing" wasn't working. It led to "page not working try later". I thought the website was down and tried the button "upgrade my plan" but it was working like a charm. How convenient. I tried for the next hour still nothing. "Making Life Easier"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Being able to schedule my social content way ahead of time has made my life massively easier. I can batch a ton and then move onto other parts of Biz Dev and other client work that much faster. It makes me highly efficient with my time. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? "Best for social media organisation"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Has great methods of streamlining content for marketers and content creators. The scheduling capacity is great as it allows me to plan my posts/reels before time and helps me ensure consistency. Cost went up significantly but may still be the best option

Despite higher fees, Hootsuite were attentive to the problem and helped to resolve it for us. We would consider going back now.

Unresponsive support, taking your money without warning.

I’ve been charged 1437.58€ following the renewal of an account that I never used, and I was never contacted to remind me that the debit would take place. This is the first time I've seen this kind of procedure, even though I also work in the Saas sector. Avoid this company if you can. I submitted a request for a refund, which has obviously gone unanswered for 4 days. We have been using hootesuite for a couple of years and the subscription auto renewed an. d took an annual payment from our bank. We then received an email of a price increase. And contacted them to cancel and they will not refund the annual subscription which is paid until Sept 2024. No contact number. Nobody you can speak to. Really poor customer service. Basically robots you are speaking with.

Hootesuite made my job easier yet more efficient

"Hootsuite is almost perfect but not quite."

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I love the ease of use with hootsuite and how it really helps streamline my work tasks. I have never used their customer service, so I cannot speak to that. "Easy to use, better now than ever"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? When SO many things are virtual now, and we rely so much on the digital space, it's fantastic to have something that makes it easy to post to all platforms. It's easy to use, especially since platforms have various character limits and other things. Takes the guess work out of it. I can manage multiple clients at once. Love it.
