Describe the project or task Hone helped with: Hone was great! I completed the Managers Essential workshops. The classes are very engaging. You are not just watching a PowerPoint. The coach asks questions, engages you in teams, and really helps you learn the material. I also loved the classes were only about 1 hour long, so it didn't fill up my day and allowed me to do my day job.
