Describe the project or task Hone helped with: I am attending a Management Essentials course by Hone. This course is a five-part course mainly focused on learning better coaching and feedback skills. What do you like best about Hone? The instructor of the Management Essentials course is excellent. She is well prepared, likable, and has good group management skills. I've done several manager trainings in my career, and this was the most formulaic, which is actually in my opinion the most effective way.
