Our instructor has been amazing, lively and engaging. I've throroughly enjoyed the classes provided, and you can pick and choose your weekly upcoming classes. "Practical and easy to implement right after the class"

Describe the project or task Hone helped with: I was lucky enough to participate in their leadership class that provided tips on building trusting relationships with my direct reports, having high-impact feedback/coaching conversations, and improving the efficiency of my 1v1's. At the end of each weekly course, Hone asked us to commit to choosing what new skill we would like to focus on that week, which made it even easier to start with the newly learned skills right away. "Everything you need to improve and evolve your leadership team in one place"

Describe the project or task Hone helped with: I participated in the company leadership program and went through several classes with my teammates. What do you like best about Hone? The content is amazing, coaches were professional and I really like that I can return to the courses later and even learn more on my own. What do you dislike about Hone? For some topics 60 mins is definitely not enough to learn about, but it's much better than nothing. What problems is Hone solving and how is ...

Our coach was the best part; she was really engaging and upbeat. What do you dislike about Hone? The one-on-one breakout sessions were my least favorite part. What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you? My biggest takeaway was to be more cognizant of my communication style. Listening and paying attention without interrupting!

Which consisted out of 5 different pieces of training which help managers in day to day work What do you like best about Hone? Platform with meaningful pieces of training. "The training was geared towards new managers or those with very little experience, not seasoned ones"

Describe the project or task Hone helped with: This was mandatory assigned manager training. What do you like best about Hone? Open setup for the discussions. Opportunity to share experiences. What do you dislike about Hone? In breakout rooms, we were pinned to the same cohort (likely by the host?) for any given class. Not much time to discuss with others. Some of the sessions are too long. What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't know the answer to this.
