"Consistent content, delightful customer service"

What do you like best about Hone? Customer service + flexibility with content- being able to pivot our teachings based on what we need. What do you dislike about Hone? Just wish their catalog was a tiny bit broader, and I wish there was a slack integration :) Recommendations to others considering Hone: Dive deep with your learning consultant and get nerdy with the content! What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you? Building a foundation for leadership- shared language, ...

"A brilliantly curated learning experience"

What do you like best about Hone? Classes are available at different times, I can usually find a time to suit me. And if I sign up to a course and then need to reschedule, it's super easy and self-service to do this in the platform. One of my favourite (and pleasant surprises!) from using Hone has been the breakout rooms – sometimes in classes or courses these can be a bit cringe but I've had brilliant discusssions with really thoughtful people. I've come away encouraged, inspired and ...

"Great experience, makes you think differently."

What do you like best about Hone? Allowing people to discuss situations in an open forum and to report back. Allows everyone to get their point across and understand how other team members think. What do you dislike about Hone? Nothing to dislike so far, the initial class was very positive. What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you? Pushing our team members outside of their comfort zone to think differently in the workplace.

"User-friendly Platform"

What do you like best about Hone? I love all of the ongoing courses we can leverage in Home, in addition to the courses we sign up for as a company. They're great networking opportunities and the coaches are really thoughtful and engaging. What do you dislike about Hone? It takes a really long time to get things set up with Hone. We meet very often with our account manager and often for an hour or more. Sometimes it feels like the conversations could be completed via email and save some ...

"I've learned so much!"

What do you like best about Hone? I love that Hone is interactive. Having a live teacher and a screens on approach makes me feel engaged and actually part of the discussion. It would have been hard to follow without that format. What do you dislike about Hone? I wish the classes were a little bit longer. The classes have so much information and I wish that we had more time to discuss the themes. Instead of 60 minutes I would prefer 90 minutes. What problems is Hone solving and how is that ...
