Homebase is an effective tool for scheduling for a family owned small business

What do you like best? The ability to see everyone's schedules and request time off/shift covers within the Homebase website. What do you dislike? the user interface could be a little more streamlined. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? requesting time off/vacation.

Good way to keep track of everything.

What do you like best? I like that it shows employees their track record (late, early, no-show, allows people to handle their own shift covers/trades, and shows the estimate of how much you're making each shift. Incredibly bad software

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I have no idea. There are constant 505 error messages. NOTHING WORKS!! What aspects are problematic or could work better? The software simply does not work. i got nothing but error message on virtually any function. Are you a current user of this product? Yes

What do you like best? The ease of the use, they’re always adding new updates on the app What do you dislike? It can be slow sometimes, small glitches with messaging What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It streamlines the scheduling so everyone can see what the day will be like

Average system

What do you like best? Users can track their hours and earnings by pay period. What do you dislike? Homebase no longer allows users to sign into an "unscheduled shift." When the feature did exist, my employers allowed me to come into work and lesson plan on my own time. Perhaps the feature will return. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Homebase is very user friendly. I have had a couple issues and called their customer service and they fixed my problems very quickly. Scheduling my team is so easy, and so is tracking their time sheets! I would recommend it to any business! What do you dislike? The only dislike I have is the mobile app. It makes it hard to view the schedule of the day and it makes it hard to find contact info for my employees. Efficient Payroll Times

What do you like best? I run a small business, having a free payroll tracker is huge to us. Everyone has their own log in, managers can adjust if clock outs/in were missed. There is also a picture taken when the employees clock in to validate that the correct employee is clocking in. Homebase allows employees to input their wages which helps them to plan and know what each pay will be. What do you dislike? I would want more features available for the free version.
