"Great for keeping group email organized"

What do you like best about Hiver? We are a small office of 6 people with a shared Google email group. Before Hiver, it was challenging to know who is taking care of what email. Now it is straightforward. I also like the email template function. What do you dislike about Hiver? I can't think of anything I dislike. "Better than ZenDesk!"

What do you like best about Hiver? We love that we could keep our GMAIL but just add Hiver to help organize, assign and tag. There was little to no learning curve for users. The customer service has been friendly and always quickly available via chat. What do you dislike about Hiver? The only thing I can think of as a downside is: I want to be able to set availability hours for the Live Chat. What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver makes our roles so much easier and keeps our busy inbox manageable. What do you dislike about Hiver? Nothing at all! We have found everything about Hiver beneficial. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Hiver helps to organise our shared inbox and ensure we are assigned what is important to us, and liaise through the notes.

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver allows smooth communication and successful teamwork. Hiver makes problem-solving easy! What do you dislike about Hiver? I haven't experienced any downsides of using Hiver. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? My company uses Hiver for customer service issues and allows all involved to easily communicate and track where each issue is in the process of getting solved.

"Game-Changer!"

What do you like best about Hiver? The ability to write notes looping coworkers and managers in when needed. It's so helpful to be able to tag said coworker or management into emails where you need assistance, have some recognition, or where you want others to read through notes or acknowledge. Also having the ability to create an inbox where all emails can filter into and the ability to assign emails to certain staff based on need or client base. Adding SLA for metric purposes. "Best shared email option"

What do you like best about Hiver? I really like the way to assign to my coworkers the emails and close them whenever i want without needing to archive in customer folders What do you dislike about Hiver? There's a big delay between my coworkers laptops, some get the emails first than others What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? The organization and the easy way to find any emails by only searching than going to a customer folder a look for it

"It has been a game changer, Hiver is incredible along with the employees. key to my teams success!"

What do you like best about Hiver? Communications between my team, we can note/tag/assign emails without having multiple threads and forward emails that lose the thread. Truly amazing. What do you dislike about Hiver? Configuring can get complicated/complex, but Hiver is willing to help with that part. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? multiple email threads and communication between team members so we are not handling same email task at same time

"Very useful and efficient with easy automations settings"

What do you like best about Hiver? It is quite flexible and the fact that I don't see to use another platform to check and assign statuses to our emails. It can all be done via gmail itself. What do you dislike about Hiver? There are some things which can be improved. For example, closed emails can have different color so that it is instantly visible. "Hiver, bringing the best out of Gmail!"

What do you like best about Hiver? The easability to setup, use and teach end users how to use Hiver. Having the ability to share emails as jobs, labels and many other features within Gmail that just simply are not implemented. What do you dislike about Hiver?
