"A big improvement from Google groups"

What do you like best about Hiver? I love that we are able to make comments and have discussions about emails right there in Gmail so that the person responsible for sending the reply knows exactly what to say. Also, now that we got notifications setup properly, I get push notifications on my phone whenever there's a new email, something is assigned to me, or someone tags me in a comment. "A Sreat Start"

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver is great for shared inbox access. As a company, we struggled to find a way around a shared inbox on Gmail, but Hiver's software has mainly solved this issue. The few times we have had to use the customer service portal have been excellent too. What do you dislike about Hiver? "Intelligent"

What do you like best about Hiver? So far, this is the best tool that I have used in order to keep my emails organized and it helps me follow up on the same systematically. "Excellent experience with customer service"

What do you like best about Hiver? In this particular case, I had changed my email address and was having trouble getting Gmail and Hiver to sync up. Hopped on chat support, and they had it fixed within minutes. What do you dislike about Hiver? Android app can be a little buggy, but honestly that's about it. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Having a system in place that allows me to quickly and easily manage all of my company's support emails has been amazing.

What do you like best about Hiver? Easy integration with gmail. Customer support is prompt, thorough, and kind. I like the autotagging and ability to assign and tag team members. I also like the easy link sharing so I can collaborate with my teammates on tricky cases. What do you dislike about Hiver? It can be a bit glitchy. Long loading time upon initial login.
