"Team Collaboration and Organization"

What do you like best about Hiver? It allows our team members to collaborate easily and quickly within a single space versus forwarding emails, etc. It has improved the overall lifecycle time of our customer interactions. "It is a best app for tagging emails"

What do you like best about Hiver? The automation function helps us a lot to spend less time on email reading and concentrate on more important things. What do you dislike about Hiver? When I start a new email can not use the templates function. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? The tagging helps us to delegate tasks to each other easier than before Hiver.

"Good Product, Has Bugs, Big Price Increase"

What do you like best about Hiver? The product is good, it works most of the time and we have had some great success with what the product offers. What do you dislike about Hiver? The software still has a lot of bugs which we have reported multiple times since we started using Hiver (about 6 months ago). "Hiver is great for sharing important information/emails"

What do you like best about Hiver? The fact that is not necessary to CC everyone you need to have access to an email information, just having it at a shared inbox and have that person as an user of the box is enough.
