What do you like best about Hiver? It works with Real Google Users as well as Google Groups. Also the support is smart, quick and super helpful! "Easier access to communication within a group"

What do you like best about Hiver? The connection between peers when in work, easier to share emails with a group! What do you dislike about Hiver? That you have to manually go in and close the emails. You may open an email normally but the button to actually close it is too hidden What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Hiver? Extremely useful for managing large incoming emails. What do you dislike about Hiver? Some features are hard to use, such as automation. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to have a Team shared inbox helps greatly in managing client emails. Also, the ability to close emails and the fact that Hiver automatically re-opens them if the client responds is great for decluttering your inbox.

"Simple, Effective, Great support"

What do you like best about Hiver? Simplicity. After using Zendesk Zoho and Freshdesk, I undertood our business needs were a lot "smaller" than most of these desk platforms offer. For a small team like ours Hiver was exactly the solution we needed: stay in gmail and have access to shared inbox with the same logic: ticket status, notes, and analytics.
