"The product is very usefull"

What do you like best about Hiver? The assigned emails, there is so much easier to complete task with this. What do you dislike about Hiver? That I'm not using all the tools. Most because I don't find so useful until someone explains me with examples What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? The order to have the correct emails and the task we need to do.

"Easy to use and affordable!"

What do you like best about Hiver? We love the functionality withiin Google Workspace. It makes communication so much easier for our team. We switched from Zendesk and it has been a huge improvement. What took us 3 months to set up when we started Zendesk took us about 6 hours to set up in Hiver. The customer service is literally the best team in software. They respond almost instantly and will happily jump on a Google Meet call with you so you can walk through your issue. What do you ...

What do you like best about Hiver? It works with Real Google Users as well as Google Groups. Also the support is smart, quick and super helpful! You can assign emails to users and make notes within emails. We use it daily to clean all our emails in record time. What do you dislike about Hiver? "Easier access to communication within a group"

What do you like best about Hiver? The connection between peers when in work, easier to share emails with a group! What do you dislike about Hiver? That you have to manually go in and close the emails. You may open an email normally but the button to actually close it is too hidden What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Hiver? Extremely useful for managing large incoming emails. What do you dislike about Hiver? Some features are hard to use, such as automation. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to have a Team shared inbox helps greatly in managing client emails. Also, the ability to close emails and the fact that Hiver automatically re-opens them if the client responds is great for decluttering your inbox.
