"Exactly the product I've been searching for!"

What do you like best about Hiver? My customer success team needs to ticket, tag and assign emails all the time and no other Gmail plugin was nearly as effective in this regard as Hiver. "Good product, but can be even better"

What do you like best about Hiver? Great way to organise and control emails and feebdacks. Drafts are also very useful, help to speed up the routine work. Customer support is very helpful, they were with us in all steps, solving issues and providing possible solutions What do you dislike about Hiver? Would like to have more options for automation. What do you like best about Hiver? categorised all the content and aligned the data according to the need What do you dislike about Hiver? little slow while loading the details on the pop-up pages What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? It provides Collective data on the same page and recurrent aligning of the mails. very easy to use for the help desk and it has good email management and synchronized as per requirement.

"Hiver has been a game changer for our team"

What do you like best about Hiver? Helps create transparency in the team, we can all see what's going on and who's doing what. Stops the back-and-forth email trails. Allows us to categorise emails in a simple and easy manner :) What do you dislike about Hiver? I haven't come across any downsides. "Easy to use and more organization for team work"

What do you like best about Hiver? I like the organization of it including the ability to add tags and notes to emails allowing for other colleagues to see information easily. What do you dislike about Hiver? I think it can sometimes be a little sllow, but very rare What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? sorting emails into queues adding relevant tags providing email templates.

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver makes assigning emails to co-workers a breeze and helps the overall organization. The ability to add notes on assigned emails helps keep things organized. "There's no other option for a shared inbox workflow."

What do you like best about Hiver? It's been seamless for our remote sales team of over 30+ people to manage a shared inbox with the use of Hiver. We struggled a lot when scaling of who owned which thread and forwarding got incredibly messy. The team now can't live without it. What do you dislike about Hiver?
