"New user to Hiver and really like the functionality it offers for managing team members"

What do you like best about Hiver? It allows you to manage workloads and team members, especially during absences. Allows for monthly reporting of volume and team member completion numbers. What do you dislike about Hiver? Learning curve if team members are not familiar with google and hiver, can be a learning curve. "Productivity Tool"

What do you like best about Hiver? The ability to assign work to multiple people and also see who last worked on a task if there is any confusion. Also the ability to label the type of task properly. "Hiver is a great shared inbox tool"

What do you like best about Hiver? I love the accessibility we have when using Hiver links and the ability to tag a coworker in a ticket while working through a ticket request. What do you dislike about Hiver? I would love a way to link tickets together more cohesively. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Hiver is currently housing all of my company’s support inquiries and allowing us a shared inbox to work collectively with my coworkers.

"Solid solution if you want to use Gmail as a HelpDesk"

What do you like best about Hiver? No significant training is required, and it is easy to implement and deploy. No additional platforms are needed. The interface is intuitive. Good analytics as well. What do you dislike about Hiver? Once emails are added to Hiver, any response is visible to anyone, which can create a privacy concern. What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver Analytics on Users & tagging feature is great What do you dislike about Hiver? Did not find anything to dislike. but sometimes pricing feels a bit high side. "Great Product for Small teams to medium teams"

What do you like best about Hiver? Task assignment and analytics based on the tags assigned. What do you dislike about Hiver? Auto assignment is too costly and should be available in the same solution. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? I have a team of 13 people and I am easily able to manage their tasks using a shared email inbox which helps me analyze and assign each user tasks specifically.

"Collaboration at its finest"

What do you like best about Hiver? The ability to collaborate in a single email box, and the ability to respond to emails agnostically. What do you dislike about Hiver? The notification feature is lacking. When you assign someone to an email it isn't very apparent to them that they have action assigned to them. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to respond to emails agnostically and have a shared inbox for when a team member is out of office
