"Hiver is very effective and helps me organize my work everyday."

What do you like best about Hiver? it is very intuitive and simples to use. What do you dislike about Hiver? There is nothing in particular that I dislike on the platform. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? The task management between my colleague and me is more accessible every day with this platform.

What do you like best about Hiver? Being able to assign emails to different team mebers and seeing how much work everyone has to complete. What do you dislike about Hiver? I wish it were easier to see the emails in my main inbox, as I do sometimes forget to check the 2nd inbox. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Sharing an inbox and assisting while staff members are out of the office for the day

What do you dislike about Hiver? There are not many downsides to using hiver. There are so many settings you can change so your teams specific needs are being meet. What do you like best about Hiver? The software is easy to use and has plenty of features to help manage customer service and sales emails swiftly an effectively. I would like to be able to see what each of my team members have assigned to them in total, without going into each individual inbox. What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver has streamlined our inbox! We used to have to respond to every single email with "done" so everyone else knew that it was taken care of, and Hiver made it so we didn't have to do that anymore! What do you dislike about Hiver? Some of the features are behind a paywall. We get it; it is a business and to keep offering an incredible product there definitely needs to be levels of service. Not much, as all the features I have used is fine What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Checking team members remaining mails and accordingly assigning mails to other team members

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver allows us to work more collaboratively as a team and helps with cover - its great to be connected via Hiver What do you dislike about Hiver? There was a learning curve when setting Hiver up but overall its been a great addition. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? The shared inbox is essential for team cover and open communication.

What do you like best about Hiver? I like that I don't have to sift thought the entire inbox to know what is mine to do, I just need to look at what is mine What do you dislike about Hiver? I haven't found anything that I can think of at the time! What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Too many emails and people that share the inbox. Everyone knows now what is theirs and it only disappears when you mark it completed
