What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver streamlines our company processes. We are able to delegate work more effectively as well as notifying each other of work that needs to be done. The rules also save us time and prevent unnecessary clutter in our inboxes. What do you dislike about Hiver? The most frustrating thing is using Hiver with a shared company email. What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver provides reminders for SLA times on emails. They help by letting you create tags so you can organize your emails. What do you dislike about Hiver? I wish they had software which helped locate exact duplicate emails and close them for you. That would save so much time. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? "Its been amazing. Has helped me to be more organized and support my team."

What do you like best about Hiver? I like tagging my team and assigning them positions and tasks. It also allows me to assign tags to emails and lets me see the best way to label things and keep my emails organized. Hiver makes looking at a shared email easier. What do you dislike about Hiver? I don't particularly appreciate that Hiver must select several emails and can't assign and tag in the same function. It makes you choose two different functions. "Great for program emails"

What do you like best about Hiver? We have multiple emails set up for our organizations programs. It's wonderful that we can assign the email to a unique person within the department. I also love that it keeps all my shared in one place so I can see what's assigned to me. What do you dislike about Hiver? I don't get the alerts on my phone like I do with my regular Gmail account. What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver has been beneficial and a great asset to our all-volunteer 180-seat theater in the round in Annapolis, MD! Specifically, we use it for the box office team. We rotate days throughout any given week on who is monitoring emails. So, if I am not finished with a guest's request, I can tag the person for the next day and reassign to them with a note. What do you like best about Hiver? It's so easy to use! Very straightforward, can share email templates with my entire team. What do you dislike about Hiver? I wish we can add document attachments to each template. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to share a standard email template across the team to use, rather than typing a new one each time.

Hiver allows us to create Shared labels and subfolders that we can each file our emails into and then refer back to. The shared label feature keeps us organized, and we can quickly find related emails on the project, whether we sent them or received them directly. What do you like best about Hiver? We are a small office of 6 people with a shared Google email group. Before Hiver, it was challenging to know who is taking care of what email.
