"Fast switch to a simple but useful ticketing tool from using just a mailbox"
What do you like best about Hiver? We used a unique mailbox to which all the technicians had access and chats. It means I couldn't have an overview of all issues and requests, usually more than one person working on the same problem, duplicated responses to the users... "Very useful tool."
What do you like best about Hiver? The tool is really helpful. serves it's purpose, easy to use. Support is also really good. What do you dislike about Hiver? Sometimes there are downtime, but are advised accordingly and resovled quickly. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Mailbox management

"Easy to use and I've tried most of their competitors"
What do you like best about Hiver? Super easy interface and doesnt clutter up the UI and feels very natural like it belongs in gmail as well as great support. What do you dislike about Hiver? No real complaints. Everything seems to be working fine. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? We share multiple emails and easy to collaborate without stepping on each others toes

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver is easy to use and implement. My team easily can use the shared mailboxes to get access to all the required mails and work from there. Hiver made this easy. What do you like best about Hiver? The workflow has become much easier when emails are assigned. You can easily see what is assigned to you and the notes section is very helpful! What do you dislike about Hiver? I have no issues using Hiver. Easy to use! What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver offers a straightforward way of efficiently processing email in a shared mailbox environment within Gmail. It is nice to be able to assign an email to individuals manually or through automation. What do you dislike about Hiver? What do you like best about Hiver? Visibility into colleagues workload and the ability to take a team-based approach to address emails. What do you dislike about Hiver? Having to maintain 2 inboxes (closing it out in Hiver doesn't remove it from my normal inbox). What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? "The Best Google Integration, bar none!"
What do you like best about Hiver? The expansion of capability within gmail, and the transparency created between users with respect to email communication between our clients and my team. With HIVER inbound emails to specific email addresses create "Tickets" right inside of Gmail that allow anyone assigned to that inbox to take ownership, respond, and chat with team members about the email if additional support is needed to respond. What do you like best about Hiver? Ease of sharing one inbox and not over stepping each other What do you dislike about Hiver? Sometimes the counts are off but they resolve it quickly What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to have multiple people in one inbox allows us to respond to customers faster.
