I have had difficulty using Hiver, so I prefer not to use it. I will need to look up Youtube videos to guide me on how to use Hiver. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? For our organization, Hiver solves the problem of being our help center when in need of assistance.

What do you like best about Hiver? If you need a ticketing system, but you cannot get rid of GMail, that's the best thing to add to shared mailboxes. It's also super easy to implement and use, as it's nicely integrated with GMail layout. What do you like best about Hiver? I like that it split the mails with in the team and also easy to monitor each and every mails.
