What do you like best about Hiver? For a delegated Google Mail account, Hiver automatically tags/assigns incoming emails to whoever sent the outgoing email. It became easier for the team to manage incoming emails efficiently. What do you dislike about Hiver? There is a few minutes lag for the new email to be shown in Hiver. For some reason, it does tend to crash from time to time. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Able to distribute orders among my team and able to see what is on everyone's plate for the day/week.

Hiver offers the ability to communicate about one email with several people using Hiver notes. What do you like best about Hiver? The full team can access the shared inbox at all times and changes made by one user are seen by all What do you dislike about Hiver? It does not work well for mobile Gmail in ihone or Android What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Again, the shared inbox is intuitive. Tagging is GREAT, as well as assigning emails to specific users and then reassigning them to someone else if needed.

Hiver really works well to sort out the emails I specifically need to give attention to, helps me keep track of ongoing projects, and keeps me focused on what I need to do for the day.
