What do you like best about Hiver? It integrates the ability to monitor a shared inbox without leaving your regular gmail screen. I was also able to deploy it to the entire team wihtout needing access to their individual computers. The live 24/7 support has also always been available to help me when I have a question. Ability to tag and share email communication across staff, shared draft feature, ability to organize companywide emails by client or internal tags to sort for response by staff. I've never used a mailbox like this before but it's convenient for clients to only need one contact email address and then the emails to get sorted throughout the staff. What do you like best about Hiver? The integration with Gmail is fantastic. It's easy to use in our every day workload, and it takes way less time to set up than other help desk platforms. The customer service is second to none. I've never experienced a software company with customer service like this.
