"An easy-to-use, powerful platform"

What do you like best about Hiver? The integration with Gmail is fantastic. It's easy to use in our every day workload, and it takes way less time to set up than other help desk platforms. The customer service is second to none. I've never experienced a software company with customer service like this. "An effective way to get work done in teams"

What do you like best about Hiver? I love that is very easy to delegate tasks, emails, etc and that is very user-friendly for everyone What do you dislike about Hiver? I haven't found anything that I dislike, but maybe there should be a possibility for more than one person to work on a task What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? It is solving task delegation for our team, it is saving us time, and making everything more in order.

"Great organization tool"

What do you like best about Hiver? It is very easy to use. It's very helpful if you receive a large amount of emails every day and makes tema work effortless. What do you dislike about Hiver? Sometimes it can get a little tricky when hitting snooze but it gets easy once you get used to it. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes managing and traking emails very easy ant it improves our average response time.

"Easy to use and affordable!"

What do you like best about Hiver? We love the functionality withiin Google Workspace. It makes communication so much easier for our team. We switched from Zendesk and it has been a huge improvement. What took us 3 months to set up when we started Zendesk took us about 6 hours to set up in Hiver. The customer service is literally the best team in software. They respond almost instantly and will happily jump on a Google Meet call with you so you can walk through your issue. What do you ...
