"Product is great at a base-level but I don't know how or if it will improve in the future."

What do you like best about Hivebrite? Thoughtful engineering. Talented solutionists. What do you dislike about Hivebrite? Lack of understanding around how clients use the tools. Lack of visibility into future developments or planning. QA testing is not comprehensive. What problems is Hivebrite solving and how is that benefiting you? Event registration, digital fundraising, community-building. Hivebrite is a platform with a lot of potential but also areas of sloppiness.

What do you like best about Hivebrite? The variety of modules have made a huge improvement on how we communicate and deliver resources and programs to our community. What do you dislike about Hivebrite? just one way into the system/one type of app What problems is Hivebrite solving and how is that benefiting you? We have solved for the confusion of where all our resources are. For the most part now, they are on hivebrite.

The offer we got from them is tailormade to our needs and I got the feeling, that they truly understand the needs our NGOs has and do their best to help us reach our vision. What do you like best about Hivebrite? I like that you can import all your members along with all their profile data into your database. Moreover, the option to export your member data whenever you want as a universal CSV file is great.
