Affordable, easy to use tool to manage your projects

What do you like best? Easy to set up an endless list of projects with sub-projects and tasks. Easy enough for any team to customize it to your needs. Offers most of the functionality you'd like to see in a project management tool. Since it's web-based, you don't need IT to get set up and running. Very affordable. What do you dislike? I wish it offered a functionality to add estimated efforts/hours, so I could easily evaluate how busy we are and if it's possible to fit in ...

Not as easy as Teamwork or other PM Tools

What do you like best? I like how it lets you collaborate with multiple teams inside and outside your organization. What do you dislike? It's not easy to add task to an individual gantt chart task list. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting multiple teammembers on the same page about the projects we are working on.

An effective team project organizational tool

What do you like best? The visual format makes it easy to track different projects, and specific roles and progress through each project. It really shows the bottleneck within any project—who has not completed their portion yet. Communicating through Hive enables all participants to keep up with just a few keyboard taps instead of walking the halls trying to find people in person. What do you dislike? Hive is better than Wrike

What do you like best? Hive is intuitive and user-friendly. It is visually appealing and organized. What do you dislike? Hive does not offer lead management capabilities. Could be good, but highly disorganized.

What do you like best? It’s so great in collaborating with a larger team. We use this especially to collaborate with our overseas manufacturer as well as between our in office cross functional teams. It’s a great resource and it could be made a lot better with some interface tweaks. What do you dislike? I think the overall look of Hive is pretty disorganized. Hive is making our day-to-day much more productive

What do you like best? The ease of use, and collaboration with over teams to enable positive driven results. What do you dislike? We're using Hive to assign product feature requests to the product team. Wish we can assign tickets from Freshdesk and it integrate over to Hive. What problems are you solving with the product?
