Poor Client Experience

Whilst the product is excellent and for the most part user friendly, it is a shame I cannot say my experience of their customer service team was the same. Having entered a new agreement with HireVue just prior to the pandemic closing our business down for a year, I was surprised to be issued a new invoice in 2021 for another years subscription. Easy Way to Screen Candidates

What do you like best? It is easy to sit and watch the videos and screen candidates without having to schedule actual interview times. I also really liked the ability to change the speaking speed of the video (1.2x, 1.5x, 2x, etc). What do you dislike? It can be tedious to sit and watch the videos. What do you like best? The convenience during COVID and make the applicant more confident What do you dislike? When the internet or WiFi lags, it delays the conversation What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problem would be the lag time with the internet. What do you like best? It's a relatively easy system to use. If people can't get it to work on a desktop then they have a mobile app that seems to be pretty user friendly. What do you dislike? This is a great tool used especially during these tough times by recruiters

What do you like best? The tool has options and is user friendly for recruiters as well as candidates using it What do you dislike? A limitation for any video assessment tool is that as a candidate is that it is feasible for the candidate to use it while speaking to the laptop camera. HireVue Fast and Cost Effective

What do you like best? HireVue allows us to get candidates in front of hiring managers fast and with out the expense of flying or driving. At times, we have to wait 2 weeks for flights to be cost effective and we lost momentum. At the present, with COVID, we use it almost exclusively. What do you like best? The simplicity of the application and ease of use. What do you dislike? Following up with the candidates was the area where i faced difficulties while using HireVue. Easy Job Interviewing

What do you like best? I like the convenience of the app. You can literally do a job interview from your bed, if you like so. The apps lets you practice your answer beforehand, unlike a regular in person job interview. What do you dislike?
