Easy Way to Screen Candidates
What do you like best? It is easy to sit and watch the videos and screen candidates without having to schedule actual interview times. I also really liked the ability to change the speaking speed of the video (1.2x, 1.5x, 2x, etc). What do you dislike? It can be tedious to sit and watch the videos. This is a great tool used especially during these tough times by recruiters
What do you like best? The tool has options and is user friendly for recruiters as well as candidates using it What do you dislike? A limitation for any video assessment tool is that as a candidate is that it is feasible for the candidate to use it while speaking to the laptop camera. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Rather than the problems I’ve been using it for interviews and other video assessment
