What do you like best? I love how I am able to keep everything organized. The interview and hiring process can be overwhelming sometimes but Hireology makes it so much simpler and it helps me make sure that I am asking the same questions of every candidate. What do you like best? The numbers tell all. The system is built to give a numerical rating to candidates post-interview. I love the interview guides and email notifications. Ability to communicate with other hiring managers within the system and store candidate notes within the portal. What do you dislike? I wish the tasks platform was better.
