What do you like best about Hired? The UI is compact. It's easy to go through lots of candidates and view their qualifications without many extra clicks. Glad to see there is a diversity filter when searching as well. I like seeing the candidate's do not wants as well. What do you dislike about Hired? The filters and UI are confusing. What do you like best about Hired? Hired is easily navigable and integrates seamlessly with our ATS. Our recruiters can find available, qualified talent for even our hardest-to-fill roles with a great reachout-to-response ratio. What do you dislike about Hired? If a candidate is rejected in our ATS, it shows up immediately in Hired, even if a recruiter chooses to send the rejection email on a delay. What do you like best about Hired? Everything! The amount of candidates from a wide variety of tech and non-tech roles. The number of geographies covered, especially your Eastern European markets now. The ease of scheduling people and the transparency on candidate comp expectations. What do you dislike about Hired? What do you like best about Hired? Hired really has a niche when it comes to attracting Tech/IT talent. I am constantly in awe of the level of talent found on this site. What do you dislike about Hired? Soucing - faceted searching could be better. But they have a CS team that can help you devise a search for better results. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? I have found that people are listed as being able to work in the US and this isn't always correct.

Candidates are able to list their skills and conduct assessments to showcase those skills. "Strong candidates, highly responsive"

What do you like best about Hired? I like being able to source specifically for underrepresented candidates. It's an easy UI to use and the candidates tend to be very responsive even if just to say they aren't interested. What do you dislike about Hired?
