What do you like best about Hired? Active candidate make it easier to source and get hires. What do you dislike about Hired? Pool runs dry. It would be nice to have an database of passive candidates as well What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving getting candidates in the process faster by the candidates being active.

I’ve been rocking with this company way back before they were called “Hired” and I will continue to stick by them. I’ve never met a platform like theirs where the candidate has so much authority when it comes to landing a new job. Literally the companies who are interested in you, come to you with an offer so that already takes a lot of the legwork with blindly applying off the table. Great platform
Great platform, though I still don’t know how they select candidates and match them with right companies. But other than that I have a good experience with them and will definitely recommend job seekers for sure
