What do you like best about Hired? Hired is super easy to use and always has great candidates. If I ever need any support, Archie is always on hand to support and answer any questions. We're able to generate lots of valuable insights and find out important details about the candidates, that we may not otherwise be aware of. What do you dislike about Hired? The platform is smooth…

The platform is smooth and I have been happy with the scheduling tools, specifically the calendar availability feature. It would be nice to know why companies might not be reaching out to me though. Like, is it a mismatch in expected compensation or due to remote work being preferred?

Great App

I got couple job interviews until I finally get hired. this is the second job I get through Hired, it was called Vettery back in 2019. I loved it.

Using Hired was a really good experience

Hired was a really nice change of pace from other job search websites. The site guides you through the process, with tips, and really feels like it's 'on your side'. They check in as things (hopefully!) move along and even cheerlead a bit, which I liked. It's a really good site for getting exposure to employers that you know are actively looking, and a really pleasant process for your search.

What do you like best about Hired? The tool is good and there aren't too many other job boards that can output as many quality candidates (TripleByte being the main other one that I can think of). What do you dislike about Hired? They have no empathy for their customers. Even during COVID and the 2022 tech economy, they were highly rigid and refused to allow any of their customers (even the ones that would need to do layoffs otherwise), any flexibility in billing. What do you dislike about Hired? Sometimes the tags you want to search candidates limit the pool too much making it seem more shallow than it is. I feel that sometimes the Back End candidates are also good Full Stack candidates or could be better at a Senior or Junior level. I'm not sure how it's all aggregated then ...

Hired allows you to access the most qualified candidates for your role, has a smooth and user-friendly website design, and makes communication and scheduling more effortless than ever!
