What do you like best about Hired? Ease of connecting with good, qualified developers What do you dislike about Hired? Having to perform constant outreach to keep the pipeline full. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Hiring. Finding qualified developers and connecting our recruiting team with them. We've made several sucessful hires using Hired, and it's had a higher success rate than other types of outreach.

Lots of really interesting companies…

Lots of really interesting companies have requested interviews via Hired, in exactly my target position and my preferred company cultures/size/etc. I do wish there were a way to more easily sync my availability from my Google calendar. And some sort of reminder(email or text) that my availability schedule needs updating.

I really liked the company coordination…

I really liked the company coordination and their proactiveness to present my skills to client.

After creating a profile and uploading my resume on Hired, I received several interview requests from the companies directly and interviews went well.

What made my experience great was the consistent follow up from Hired staff as well as the responsiveness of the company recruiters on Hired. Hired was the one space where I felt my applications weren't going into the void.

Great UX for interview setups

The user flow of setting up an interview is great - setting up an availability calendar, reviewing and responding to requests for interviews, and scheduling meetings. I also think the employee profiles are pretty quick to set up and the assessments/badges are well thought out.

This is the future of finding jobs

Hired makes the job hunting much more straightforward. It's definitely worth putting the time into making a good profile and doing the tests if you have time for them.

Superb platform to market your profile

Only in a few weeks after listing my profile in Hired, I got interview opportunities. The platform is solid though it requires a few improvements in usability.
