What do you like best about Hired? I love that the platform is user friendly. I love that candidates responds quickly and I make quick hires. What do you dislike about Hired? What I is dislike the least is not being able to filter out my search for specific schools and technologies. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? It's helping companies find and hire the right candidates and it's helping candidates find the right jobs and getting placed at the right company.

What do you like best about Hired? I think the best thing about Hired with the Customer Success Management team. They check in with us regularly and make sure that we use the platform to its full potential. What do you dislike about Hired? There isn't really anything to dislike about the platform. What do you like best about Hired? Hired is an excellent resource. Candidate information is accurate; my account managers are helpful and available when I need them, and we have a high hire rate from using this tool. What do you dislike about Hired? Hired could use better diversity features. I find the more I filter, the less accurate the product becomes. I would recommend fine-tuning the diversity filters for accuracy.
