The platform is smooth…

The platform is smooth and I have been happy with the scheduling tools, specifically the calendar availability feature. It would be nice to know why companies might not be reaching out to me though. Like, is it a mismatch in expected compensation or due to remote work being preferred?

Great App

I got couple job interviews until I finally get hired. this is the second job I get through Hired, it was called Vettery back in 2019. I loved it.

Using Hired was a really good experience

Hired was a really nice change of pace from other job search websites. The site guides you through the process, with tips, and really feels like it's 'on your side'. They check in as things (hopefully!) move along and even cheerlead a bit, which I liked. It's a really good site for getting exposure to employers that you know are actively looking, and a really pleasant process for your search.

What do you like best about Hired? Hire is an amazing platform to entice candidates to reach out to you or respond to your communications and candidate prospects. What do you like best about Hired? Everything! The amount of candidates from a wide variety of tech and non-tech roles. The number of geographies covered, especially your Eastern European markets now. The ease of scheduling people and the transparency on candidate comp expectations. What do you dislike about Hired? What do you like best about Hired? The UI is excellent - clean and user-friendly! I love that I can use filters to narrow my results to be more aligned with the skills and experience I am looking for. What do you dislike about Hired? None so far.
