The filters doesn't work properly and you should have more options. I feel it's super helpful when deciding to reach out to a candidate to know already if we are in the range of what they are targeting to avoid wasting people's time. What do you like best about Hired? Good customer support; very easy to use. Great talent pool. What do you dislike about Hired? You can only use it to source candidates for roles with specific job titles. If the role for which you are hiring does not fit within one of the pre-identified job titles that Hired offers, you cannot use the tool to source candidates. The tool only caters to candidates that fall within a certain range of skillsets. What problems is Hired solving and how is that ...

What do you like best about Hired? It's the ability to filter for the qualifications I'm looking for in my search. It is a very easy tool to get oriented, create different search queries to source for multiple positions. Once I start the process with hired, it integrates seamlessly with our hiring pipeline tools. What do you like best about Hired? I like that candidates are intentional with their job search when they join hired. It's easy to get an immediate response with interest. A lot of the key qualifications are highlighted accurately to match with position opening needs. The salary transparency helps negotiate offers easily. What do you like best about Hired? It is a potent tool with a database of active candidates that helps recruiters to take them to the next process easily. What do you dislike about Hired? Competition for candidates is huge and so if we miss the timeline, candidates are no longer available. Recommendations to others considering Hired: Hired solves all of the issues of the recruiting process. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you?
