What do you like best about Hired? I've hired several engineers and designers across the UK and US from the platform. I have been pleasantly surprised by my experience on Hired. After being reached out to by a representative, I joined Hired and immediately had multiple companies reach out to apply to their company. I love the idea of companies applying to job seekers and would love to see more companies adopt Hired as a platform.

"Very easy to use; great customer service"

What do you like best about Hired? Good customer support; very easy to use. Great talent pool. What do you dislike about Hired? You can only use it to source candidates for roles with specific job titles. If the role for which you are hiring does not fit within one of the pre-identified job titles that Hired offers, you cannot use the tool to source candidates. What do you like best about Hired? It's the ability to filter for the qualifications I'm looking for in my search. It is a very easy tool to get oriented, create different search queries to source for multiple positions. Once I start the process with hired, it integrates seamlessly with our hiring pipeline tools.
