What do you like best about Hirebook? I like the simplicity and user-friendliness of the tool. Weekly Check-Ins help me to set up my goals and improve my performance. Also, I like the idea of having closer relationships with my leader. We can solve some of my "blocking" issues together using one-on-one. Hirebook is one of the most convenient ways for KPI's tracking and I like that you can link KPIs to the team meeting or one-on-ones and discuss them.
