What do you like best about Hirebook? The focused functionality. In general, platforms in this space can be overly bloated with complex, disconnected parts that end up taking more time away from organizations than genuinely providing value. Hirebook is clearly hyper-focused on actual day-to-day usage of OKRs, which makes my team's life a lot easier than when we were on an alternative.

What do you like best about Hirebook? Even though I purchased hirebook for their OKR alignment capabilities, I was pleasantly surprised to discover the other features they offer (e.g. creating meetings with teammates and being able to follow-up on several agenda items across time, setting up daily KPIs to more operational employees, check-in so your direct reports can tell you regularly how are they feeling and what worries them).
