What do you like best? I thoroughly enjoy the ability to navigate through a floor plan. The alert system and reports have proven critical to ensuring we have manning and support. Equipment uptime is improved drastically from before we had HIPPO

What do you like best? We love that it will notify us when certain parts are starting to run low. If we run out of a certain part and the equipment breakdowns then the whole line is down. It takes time to order these parts and that is something we do not have time for.

What do you like best? I like the ease of working in hippo, it is a CMMS with great characteristics, for all types, of labor processes, the creation of labor reports is now simpler, thanks to the historical database, which is done automatically, I can visualize all kinds of notes, and notes that are drawn up, in different reports and previous reports, and have them available, at any time, for the creation of new work routes.
