What do you like best about HiPeople? I appreciate its user-friendly interface, efficient automation of HR & Recruiting tasks, its robust performance tracking and employee engagement feature. The seamless integration with other HR tools, and its responsive customer support is likewise smooth. As a Talent Acquisition Manager it made my life so much easier, especially when checking references, pushing hiring speed, candidate quality AND candidate experience.

What do you like best about HiPeople? From a candidate perspective, the structured approach of gathering feedback is great, it makes it easy for the candidate, as well as the references. It also guides the references on what feedback is pertinent. From a TA perspective, it's helpful for us to ask the same questions from each reference, so we are evaluating all candidates by the same reference criteria. It's also very helpful to have all the data summarized along with the results.
