What do you like best about HiPeople? For assessments, it is the outstanding candidate experience and the HiPeople test library that has literally everything. I use it for personality assessments like Big5, coding tests for Snowflake, or a more comprehensive Product Manager test.

"How to save time and get consistent and efficient ref check"
What do you like best about HiPeople? Mainly for two reasons first, TIME, it allows us to save lots of time as everything is asynchronous and you do not need to book calls with former managers. It also avoid to postponed decision as you can send it quite early in the process.
