What do you like best? I like that we can respond to clients from anywhere and channel them to different users. The text messaging has certainly helped by my clients texting the business through the business number and efficiently responding to them. This was a big issue for us.

"Great way to stay in touch with customers"

What do you like best? I love that the app will send me an email notification as soon as I get a message. I'm in my work email all day long, so it's great that I don't have to monitor a second thing. I love that people are much more likely to respond to a text than an email or voicemail.

"Haymarket is a step above other texting platforms"

What do you like best? I like the way Heymarket uses different in boxes to allow you to route texts by phone number. Also, you can have unlimited people access and use those in boxes. Heymarket makes it easy to colloborate with others within your organization to provide stellar customer service.

What do you like best? It is easy to use, great customer service! I also really enjoy how the backend app works. It is very clean and simple. Things are not complicated and a layman can catch on easily.
