What do you like best about Heymarket? We trialed more than 5 SMS platforms for our business, trying to find one that would be simple for our team and allow us to connect many custom objects and fields from our CRM easily either natively or with Zapier. HeyMarket won out easily, and we've been using it now for months with no complaints. Any custom field you create is visible on the contact, and on Zapier, and then is also available as a merge field in your many options for custom templates. ...

What do you like best? Great customer service. Platform is pretty user friendly. What do you dislike?

What do you like best? The ease of setup and the ability to maintain text contact on a team level instead of just individual level. I also like the templates option as well. The nice thing about Heymarket is when our employees are talking to clients, the team can handle the texts instead of the texts just going to one person. This allows us to have streamlined conversations with our client without having to worry about someone being absent that day or unavailable.

What do you like best? We love the ability to be able to text individuals by typing in their phone number only. Others required them to be added to a mailing list, which made the entire process much too difficult. We also love the near immediate replies we get with using text messaging as emails tend to get easily overlooked and buried in inboxes with no reply.

What do you like best? The ability to allow a landline to take text messages or send quick messages to clients.

What do you like best? The chrome extension Is a very useful feature but more importantly the chance to have a team collaborating on the campaigns. Teh speed of response is great with this tool I highly recommend it but don't overuse it with marketing campaign be nice to your list. I will use it more for the marketing and service automation. I haven't gone more in detail but for what I needed works great.

What do you like best? Their pricing model is smart... they're not here to bleed you dry, rather empower your business. The other unique component of this tool compared to all the competing platforms is the ease of on-boarding. My pet peeve is companies that hav a barrier for entry. I need to move in, test the platform and run around before I can commit to paying you. Heymarket does that REALLY well. And then of course, the no nonsense Apple Business Chat integration.
