"Spectacular customer service. User friendly platform."

What do you like best about Hemlane? In my 15+ years of using various systems/databases, mostly for work, I have never received this level of customer service. In addition to the platform being user-friendly, the customer service is amazing. I liked that they took the time for a one-on-one video training conference with me to go over the system, then went above and beyond to regularly checked on my account for activity and inform me what the next step would be.

What do you like best about Hemlane? It's been a good experience overall. The main features I use are the rent payment options and maintenance requests. I have really only used it for rent payments/income and electronic payment management, plus maintenance requests. It's helped me keep track of rent payments, it's also been greatly accepted by the tenants who really prefer to set up automatic electronic payments for their rent. What do you like best about Hemlane? Great communication with Hemlane.Mitchell Norrie has been awesome to work with and helping us out with any questions. I like to access and easy way to message tenants and get maintenance issues taken care of right from my computer. Will definitely use Hemlane for more units as they are cheaper than regular property managers who are not always that great to begin with.

Amazing software to manage properties

PROS: It helps with screening potential clients, manage client/tenant requests, and keep track of all the expenses in the property. I can rest at ease knowing the Hemlane does its job and whenever I need help, their customer support is always ready to help and are very informative.

Best Property Management Software for Investors and Entrepreneurs

PROS: Hemlane is an affordable and transparent property management tool for active investors. I travel a lot for business, and I can manage my 4 unit complex from anywhere in the world. Hemlane provides me with real-time updates on maintenance, tenant communication, rent collection, and facilitates interaction with local agents and 3rd party vendors when I need them.

What do you like best about Hemlane? I don't know how Hemlane made it: the company gives red carpet services with such a low price! The software is very easy to use, gives all functionalities I need. It even pays premium membership to Rocket Lawyer.com. I found the tenant income verification tool very useful in tenant screening. The maintenance service is fast, transparent, and at reasonable prices.
