Free for commercial use

It's great to see new products entering such an old market with fresh ideas like free commercial use. This should definitely draw some attention, considering the service is stable and packed with great functionality.

Simple and free remote support solution

The title of the review encapsulates it well: this is a reliable, straightforward, and fairly comprehensive remote desktop control tool that is offered completely free. It comes without any irritating advertisements. While it's likely that paid plans will eventually be rolled out, at this point, it stands as a highly recommendable option.

Free solution with great potential

Considering the substantial expense of commercial licenses for infrequent use within a small business, especially with options like TeamViewer and AnyDesk, we turned to HelpWire as a novel solution for remote access. While it meets our immediate requirements, it's evident that it has considerable progress to make before it can emerge as the premier remote support tool.

Fresh and reliable, though lacks some useful features

HelpWire is stable and reliable remote support tool. It perfectly suits for support teams that occasionally assist remote clients, though it lacks 3rd party integrations for more involved usage scenarios. If you company highly relies on remote support, take a look at a paid, more famous, alternatives like TeamViewer or AnyDesk. If you are short on a budget, mostly support via helpdesk or email, HelpWire is definitely your go-to solution.
