Worst customer support and Sales…
Worst customer support and Sales relationship ever. Not possible to contact by phone, visio and longest response time with inaccurate answers via chat. And I'm paying them +2.5K eur/month... Time to change hellosign!

Remove credit card info when cancelling…
Remove credit card info when cancelling or you will be charged again. Scam with poor customer service and no phone line to speak to live person.

Great tool for getting documents signed in real time
PROS: This tool has well-considered method in which to add docs from other cloud based services including Google Docs, Dropbox, Box, OneDrive and OneDrive. You can use its templates and send the docs to those who need to sign it. The process of assigning signatories and defining what and where they ned to sign is an easy and quick process.

Great Hope, Poor Product, Awful Customer Service.
PROS: The interface is really easy and intuitive. Our staff appreciated they could just key data into a form and it would populate across multiple fields. CONS: The outbound emails they send are increasingly getting caught as spam and filtered out at the filter level, not even getting to the spam folder. Hotmail and Outlook have both flagged HelloSign as spam. We contacted them about it and was basically told, too bad, they were unwilling to assist us.

Huge improvements under dropbox…
Huge improvements under dropbox management. Software is easy to use and they're the most reasonably priced for what I want.

The process of signing documents is simplified thanks to HelloSign solution
PROS: I like that users can sign and submit from anywhere at anytime. We use its template feature to create the document and send them to our users. We get instant notification when documents are completed and HelloSign guarantees that all requited signatures are completed and ready. There is no way to skip or miss any filed before sending.

HelloSign "support" is a bad joke.
HelloSign support is a bad joke. I had an issue back in August. After two months of exchanging only a couple of emails there is absolutely no progress in resolving the case. They don't even care to look into my problem at all. Since my last response in October they don't even care to reply. All the support did was asking me the same question: "Is it still not working?" It takes a month for them to reply with a meaningless response and then I have 48 hours to react otherwise they'll close ...

"A perfect way to sign contracts and agreements quickly"
What do you like best? Adding files that require an electronic signature is quick and easy, and the HelloSign command provides a smart way to add files (from your local computer or from cloud services such as Dropbox, GDocs, Box) and, depending on the type of account, selects those that use templates most often! Document type. Repeating who signs what and where is signed is a very simple and fast process.

Terrible support, no drag/drop feature. Dropbox is evil
Terrible support, copy/paste nonsense every response. Owned by DropBox so no surprise there. Can't use the drag/drop feature for templates or new documents when sending documents. Will cancel and go back to Adobe Sign, which I hate, but at least they have better support and the drag/drop future works.
