What do you like best about Helium 10? I think one of the best parts of Helium10 is the part you get for free. :-) The Freedom Ticket set of lectures on how to sell on Amazon are an absolute must. I don't know where you could find material that is as comprehensive and actionable. Plus they keep it up to date; just updated it in fact! What do you like best about Helium 10? All the research and notifications tools keep an eye on your account. What do you dislike about Helium 10? The software is what it is, made strictly for Amazon FBA sellers. If you are an Amazon fulfillment by the merchant (FBM) seller then many tools do not work for you. What problems is Helium 10 solving and how is that benefiting you? I mostly use Helium10 for keyword searches, product searches, and competition research.
