What do you like best about Helium 10? The wide varienty of tools and plugins means I have a solution to almost all my SEO questions. What do you dislike about Helium 10? I'm not 100% confident in the actual numbers it produces nut i do trust the relitivity between the numbers. What problems is Helium 10 solving and how is that benefiting you? "Bad customer service, Never use it again."

What do you like best about Helium 10? There are some good features in H10 with good info. What do you dislike about Helium 10? Customer experience, very very bad. I unsubscribed at the date of renew, they simply charge for a new month. And they didn't do any refund with a very rude customer rep, and no response from CEO as well. What do you like best about Helium 10? Fraudulent company. I was ripped off over 500$ for the plan upgrade I never took! I canceled my account on the 6th of August. At 20.48h on the 14th of August I receive an email with the plan update with the charge! I never entered the account in that period and it is easily proved by the access IP. "Worst customer experience"

What do you like best about Helium 10? I have heard great things about some of its capabilities. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get it set up properly after 4 weeks. The customer service reps will only offer assistance through text-chat. It takes forever. They'll ask you to keep sending them screenshots of all of these settings, and then in the end, they will tell you, "watch this video" or "take this training course" in order to learn how to do this.
