What do you like best about Heartland Retail? Springboard makes inventory tracking, and reports a breeze. The dashboard is a great tool that allows us to see everything in one convenient place.

What do you like best about Heartland Retail? How easy it is to use overall. The point of sale along with receipt printing is very easy to use and less clicking than franpos was. The reports are super easy to do as well. It doesn’t freeze up and there’s rarely any issues.

What do you like best about Heartland Retail? Springboard functions well for companies managing multiple locations. The interface is fairly straightforward and easy to learn. I love the variety of reporting options there are easily available.

"Overpromise, Underdeliver"
What do you like best about Heartland Retail? Clean, crisp cloud-based UI is user-friendly. Reporting takes a couple hours to understand, but once you get it, you're able to quickly produce almost any report you need. Works with Shopify and BigCommerce. Customer service is pretty good with 1 or 2 exceptions.

What do you like best about Heartland Retail? Reporting and Data are easy to extract from this system as well as importing items is straight forward. Cloud based is the way to go nowadays. Can log in anywhere and complete tasks.

What do you like best about Heartland Retail? - Web-based, can access anywhere. - Very easy customization, can adjust settings to fit whatever we need (the fact that an item can have numerous amounts of custom fields is amazing).
