What do you like best about Heartland Retail? Customer service is very good except for the chat function. When you say chat the customer service rep should be available not 30 min. If they want 30 min response time call it something else not chat

What do you like best about Heartland Retail? Springboard has allowed our business to see our inventory across 5 stores and an online business in real time. This is crucial to us. We carry lots of competition footwear in multiple colors, and in the heart of the season when we are selling lots both online and in store, its amazing to have that product out of inventory immediately.

What do you like best about Heartland Retail? The springboard works really well for us, we love having all of the valuable information we can get on inventory, sales and ordering at our fingertips.

"Easy Data Aggregation and Reporting"
What do you like best about Heartland Retail? We use Springboard as our POS system and it makes it easy to see the sales for each of our specific stores and pull data for each. The dashboard gives a quick and useful snapshot of the daily sales, margin, and ATV. It is also good for inventory tracking and makes transfers between our stores easy to track and monitor. The ability to save filtered reports for future use comes in handy often.

What do you like best about Heartland Retail? I would say that I like how easy it is to navigate the website first and foremost. It makes transactions and location items a lot more efficient. Everything is laid out in a very user friendly way and I appreciate that.
