"First time using Springboard in our stores"

What do you like best about Heartland Retail? I like that entering orders is pretty seamless. I also like that in order to finish a sale the customer’s information must be saved. In past companies I’ve worked for this was an option you could bypass. With having it be mandatory it forces us to record our clientele more consistently.

What do you like best about Heartland Retail? I like that it rarely has issues with crashing or freezing that that it is easy to search things within the system What do you dislike about Heartland Retail?

"Learning and getting up to speed on Springboard was quick and easy. Very intuitive. "

What do you like best about Heartland Retail? Ease of use. Can see what we are going to receive. Receiving large shipments from the warehouse more efficient. It is easy to let the warehouse know that we have received everything or that there was a discrepancy. Also, it is good that we can assign line items to different sales people. It is good to be able to create a ticket and save it when a customer wants to return another time or day.
