What do you like best? Heartland offers an easy to use self service portal for entering time and pulling reports. Incredible how much they care and how responsive they are
What do you like best? Such fast response times 7 days a week and you could always tell my situation mattered to them What do you dislike? Nothing really. Had a great experience working with them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? They helped connect me to a bank that funded our PPP loan

Depends what you are needing
What do you like best? The price but you get what you pay for. There are a lot of hidden fees in the "big dollar" payroll services but at Heartland it is more of a grocery list offering. What do you dislike? Sales guy was typical sales guy - sell and disappear. Instead of properly reviewing current offerings and putting together a plan to match current and Heartland offerings would have been simple but an additional exercise. What do you like best? All the representatives are very friendly and helpful. What do you dislike? The W-2 processing fee was higher than expected. Also, my specialist is supposed to contact me every 2 weeks so I can report payroll over the phone and I am always having to call. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The monthly fee is lower than our last service and all reports are easy to locate on your site.

What do you like best? The online platform has more HR functionality and features than we had before. What do you dislike? Our Heartland account manager quite after we signed. Onboarding was a disorganized disaster. Our current account manager is only in the office for 3 hours at the same time we are because they're in a different time zone. What do you like best? Online Portal very easy to navigate and my customer service representative is very responsive. What do you dislike? Tax Department are not very timely in responding to an issue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? They take care of everything. Amazing customer service & friendly staff
What do you like best? I like that no matter who I get on the phone, they are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
