"Helpfull companion for designers"

What do you like best about Heap? I like live events for easier event creation, user segmentation, and also some of the recent updates they've made to products. I also like the ability to export the graph data as CSV easily.

What do you like best about Heap? Auto capture and snapshotting are very cool in theory, but they don't work all the time. The implementation was not done perfectly in onboarding, so tagging roadblocks and limitations constantly come up.

What do you like best about Heap? Having the ability to backtrack data to gain insights on user behaviours, even if you weren't sure what you wanted to determine, and having that ability to go deeper on each user journey is only the beginning.

What do you like best about Heap? Very easy to set up and requires the bare minimum resources from Engineering to implement. Maintenance is also a breeze and again minimizes engineering resources to maintain. We also take advantage of the data share program being a Snowflake customer so we have data in both Heap and our data warehouse
