What do you like best about Heap? I like Heaps's suite of features the best. All of which are quite robust. Their implementation of funnels is by far the best along with the ability to simultaneously view and define events on your analyzed web pages. Lastly, the snapshot feature is wonderful and I can imagine a lot of use cases for it.

What do you like best about Heap? Heap provides us with really valuable product insights. Once your events and analyses are set up it's really easy to track them and the UI is nice and simple. The ability to create custom dashboards is great, and the data quiz is a really cool feature!
