What do you like best about Heap? I used to look for different apps in order to keep track of quantitative and qualitative usage data analytics. Heap has proven to be the one tool that combines all my needs; I'm glad that they are constantly widening their offers and providing features that I need so I can not use heap instead of a multitude of different apps.

What do you like best about Heap? It allows you to create your own personalised dashboards to analyse data. I use it to understand how my clients are using a specific platform and how I can best support them.

What do you like best about Heap? This product is best in class in combining auto-captured events + custom API events. If I need more client-side events, the visual labeling tool is convenient. I don't need to bother a developer to defined these events for me. I can't imagine life without it. Additionally, building reports is so easy and intuitive. I can build reports in less than a minute if I know where to look.

What do you like best about Heap? As a product owner, I've always believed in the "if you build it, you should measure it" approach. We've tried many analytics platforms, but having all your data in one place and giving product managers the tools to create dashboards, funnels, and views of their data is very important.

What do you like best about Heap? Lots of different types of charts and options makes everything easier, and also the suggestions or the auto-select on the chart type when you filter or add your data

"Powerful Analytic Capabilities"

What do you like best about Heap? Heap was a breeze to install and started capturing data right away. The ability to test definitions live is what won me over along with the visual tagging feature. I use the tagging feature to define an event and then switch to the live data feed to test whether click events were being tagged with the appropriate definitions. The recent releases have included features that I didn't even know I wanted!

What do you like best about Heap? Heap allows me to very easily query almost any data point I could need as a PM. I love that I can also save reports as dashboards to easily share with Stakeholders, so they can reference them anytime they like!
