What do you like best about Heap? The best thing about heap is the ability to have events backfilled historically. Even as you discover new high value actions to track, Heap does a great job of identifying historical events so that data is not lost and you can have reporting built today that covers events that were originally captured weeks or months ago. Partner that with all the out-of-the-box insights it captures and Heap becomes a great asset for a company.

What do you like best about Heap? My favorite tool that Heap offers so fair is the Event Visualizer to easily define events right from your UI. What do you dislike about Heap?

What do you like best about Heap? The autocapture feature is amazing. Being a small team it is great to have a tool which gives you out of the box analytics capability without much dev effort. Has great documentation as well

What do you like best about Heap? Heap is very easy to use. There is no code required beyond integrating Heap with your website. While we and most companies can look at how many visitors see each page, Heap allows you to track micro steps in your journey such as scrolling down a page so you can address those pain points.

What do you like best about Heap? Easy to set up events on any front-end attribute, directly from the interface, with minimal coding needed. Easy for an analyst to do it themselves with minimal engineer involvement.

What do you like best about Heap? I don't have to worry if I'm "missing" events or interactions in our data. Heap ingests all of your page interaction data, with a few specific exceptions. That allows for a massive amount of flexibility in analyzing data later on. I don't have to tag events a priori. That means that I can go all the way back to when we deployed Heap and analyzed data from anything on the site, regardless of whether or not I specifically tagged it.
